Longhorn Car Truck Rentals requires a cash or credit card deposit with all rentals. Longhorn Car Truck Rentals DOES NOT ACCEPT DEBIT OR CHECK CARDS for deposit.

Credit card must have enough available funds to secure the amount of rental plus $100 deposit. $200 Minimum. Upon return of vehicle, renter may pay by cash, travelers check, money order, cashiers check, debit card or credit card.

We do not accept cash deposits for SUV rentals.

Please contact your rental agent to discuss deposit amount required for your rental.

If you are returning in vehicle after hours or on Sunday please lock the keys above the visor and we will return your vehicle the next morning.

Sunday- Longhorn Rentals will be checking in vehicles at 8am, 1pm, and 5pm. Please make sure to return your vehicle by the time you picked up the vehicle or you will be charged for an additional day.

Renters will be charge $2.50 per additional driver per day.

All Renters must be at least 18 years of age. Renters less than 25 years of age may not rent any SUVs.

You may be subject to an additional charge of $3.00 per day for Property Tax Surcharge

Longhorn Rentals provides a free shuttle to and from the airport. Plesae contact our office to set up a time. The shuttle only runs during our buisness hours.

Renters may drop the vehicle off at the airport for an additional fee. Please contact our office for details.

Renters are required to provide proof of automobile insurance when picking up the vehicle. Ask your rental agent about our additional coverages we have available.

Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI): SLI provides supplemental third- party liability insurance at limits excess of Texas required minimum financial responsibility limits (25/50/25), up to $ 1 Million. SLI is supplemental and secondary to all other available insurance.

Rental Liability Coverage (RLI): Provides minimum state limits of liability and property damage (25/50/25).
