All Renters must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid drivers license issued in the United States, Canada or Mexico. Renters under 21 are subject to a $5.00 per day underage fee.

Longhorn accepts cash or credit cards for deposit. If using a cash deposit, Renter must have a home phone in his/her name, local address and two verifiable phone numbers. If using credit card Renters must have and present a major credit card in his/her name, with enough available credit to secure deposit. Upon return of vehicle, Renter may pay by cash, travelers check, money order, cashiers check, debit card or checking card.

deposits must be made with cash or

Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the Renter and be present at pick up or come by prior to the rental. Additional drivers are an additional charge of $2.50 per day/ per driver.

Renter may be asked to provide proof of automobile liability insurance at the time of rental on certain vehicles.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) - Renter may purchase CDW on certain vehicles.

Renter may purchase $1,000,000.00 dollars in liabilty coverage for the term of the rental.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) - Renter may purchase PAI if so desired.

Rates are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is to be made in U.S. dollars.

Rental rates do not include taxes. All rentals subject to state and local taxes. All rentals are charged an $.87 per day city surcharge that is not included in our online quotes.

You may be subject to an additional charge of $1.37 per day for Property Tax Surcharge.
